Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products and courses are non-refundable.
Before purchasing, please ensure you feel fully committed to the program or resource.

1:1 Mentorship & Online Services

If you need to cancel an online coaching session, you may do so up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• To cancel, email greenwitchcom@gmail.com with your order details, and you will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 2 hours of the session are eligible for a 40% refund of the total amount paid.

• No refunds are issued after a session has been completed.

• If you miss the session entirely (no-show), no refund will be issued.

This ensures fairness and respect for the time reserved for your session.

Retreats (All Payment Methods)

All retreat payments—whether pay-in-full, deposit + balance, or payment plans—are strictly non-refundable.
This is because your booking immediately secures your accommodation, workshop materials, venue fees, and all associated retreat costs.

Your payment secures:

• accommodation

• meals

• venue costs

• workshops & materials

• all logistical arrangements

Because these costs are committed in advance, refunds are not possible.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else, subject to my approval.
