Location: Tuscany, Italy

By registering for SAMHAIN RETREAT, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Deposit & Booking:

• If you select “pay with deposit,” the remaining balance of your ticket will be due 30 days after your initial payment.

• Retreat ticket prices are as follows:

  • €2000 single occupancy

  • €2500 double occupancy

  • €3000 triple occupancy

  • Early bird pricing (valid until April 10, 2025):

Payment Plans:

• You may choose to pay your ticket in three monthly instalments.

• Each payment is due every 30 days from your original purchase date, and you’ll receive a payment link via email.

• The total ticket price depends on your room type and time of booking (see above)
  

Late or Missed Payments:

• You are given a maximum grace period of 7 days past the scheduled payment date.

• If payment is not completed within that 7-day window, your booking may be cancelled without refund and your spot offered to someone else.

Refund Policy:

• Please note that all ticket payments (including deposits and instalments) are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.

Liability & Health Agreement

• You understand that participation in this retreat is voluntary and may include physical, emotional, and energetic practices (such as breathwork, movement, and ritual work).

• You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being during the retreat.

• You release Isabella and all affiliated venues and collaborators from liability related to injury, illness, or unexpected events during your stay.

• You acknowledge that medical support is not immediately available on site and that you must travel with any personal medications or essentials.

Community Agreements

Respectful Conduct:

• This retreat space is sacred and intentional. Any behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive (including substance misuse) will result in immediate removal without refund.

Confidentiality & Presence:

• Personal stories, emotions, and experiences shared in our circle are confidential and must not be shared outside the retreat.

• You commit to being present and engaged, including limiting phone use and distractions during ceremonies and workshops.

Media & Privacy

• Photography and video may be captured during the retreat for promotional use by Isabella.

• If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, you must inform us in advance of the retreat.

• You agree not to record or share private moments or personal experiences of other participants without explicit consent.

Final Agreement

By registering for SAMHAIN RETREAT, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to all terms and conditions.

• You understand the non-refundable nature of your ticket.

• You commit to timely payments and understand the consequences of late or missed installments.

• You acknowledge this retreat as a personal and sacred commitment.
